For all so-called “deliverable” wines, the prices are indicated in Euros (?) incl. VAT (amount of 19.6% VAT), excluding shipping costs in mainland France only.

Promotion

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined with each other and are limited to once per household (same name, same address) and per year.

Delivery methods and times

Delivery times run from the verification of customer data by SAS Mabileau-Rezé from receipt of payment or bank authorization in the event of delivery with prior payment (online bank card). Payment

Payment for goods is made in full when ordering by bank card (secure online payment) such as credit card, Visa, Eurocard Mastercard or by check or transfer.

Right of withdrawal

These GTC are subject to the application of French law to the exclusion of the provisions of the Vienna Convention. With regard to sales between individuals, the directives and regulations of the European Union, in particular the Brussels Convention, will be applied.
